- Respect - Whether we like someone or not, we think, speak, and act respectfully because we are professionals. We are respectful of the time, tools, property, and personal spaces of others, including clients, the public, and ourselves. Wherever we are, we must understand that we represent this company, and our level of respect is the window that allows all others to see our true character. No gossip, no complaints.
- Integrity - Doing the right thing even when no one is looking and will never recognize or reward us for it. We know the right and moral thing to do in any situation, just as migratory birds know to fly south for the winter. We have an honest approach to how we handle day-to-day activities on and off the clock from the smallest detail to the greatest element.
- Responsibility - One of the greatest acts of maturity is taking full responsibility. Taking responsibility is how we improve our character and circumstances. We have a duty to act independently as we make decisions that will hold us accountable. Because we do this at the individual level, we empower ourselves to learn from our mistakes and make positive changes so that we may experience personal and financial growth, which will attract the right people to our company.
- Desire - We have a desire to be the absolute best. This inspires our growth. If a company or a person is not growing, they are dying. When we individually act on the desire to grow, only then can we grow as a company. If we are doing our best, then we are doing nothing wrong because we will learn from our mistakes and therefore grow by default. To be the best, we must do our best, and we do our best when we hold ourselves above the highest standards.
- Positive Attitude - One negative person on the jobsite can reduce and deteriorate production by up to 40%. We don't cannot allow them to spray their negative attitude into our workspace and lives. This is a skunk who doesn't want to be here and doesn't care about anyone but himself. He will ruin any chance for a bonus, promotion, raises, vacations, and future opportunities for everyone. We all carry the responsibility of pulling our own weight and spotting those who refuse to do so. Not just for the sake of the company or the client, but for our families, community, and those who depend on us.
